Welcome to NeoLoch's help section. The help areas are divided up into five main areas. You can access these areas by clicking on the links above. This area, general help, covers topics on the basics of NeoLoch and how to use the site. The other help areas provide more information on specific areas of NeoLoch. If, at any time, you find that your question is not answered in this help area, feel free to contact us for more information. Also, a lot of answers and helpful people can be found on our forums.
Registering With NeoLoch
To begin the registration process, click on the "Register" link located at the top of the page. Please note: if any required fields are left incomplete or the username is already in use, you will be notified when submitting the registration information. This will require you to go back and adjust your information.
Filling out the registration form:
Begin by selecting a unique username for your account. This is not only for gaining access to the website, but it is how you will be recognized by other Buyers and Sellers. All alphanumeric and some punctuation characters are allowed.
Enter a valid email address. Just like your username, your email address will be unique to your account. This email address will be used to verify your account. Continue entering your information.
The following fields are required:
Full name
Address
City
State (or Region)
Zip or Postal Code
Country
Home Phone Number
The following fields are optional:
Company
Work Phone Number
Now select a strong password to use when you log into your account. Your password will be case-sensitive, and the best passwords contain numbers, uppercase, and lowercase letters. Your password can not be longer than 10 characters.
Confirm your password, by entering your password a second time.
When your User Information is complete, click "Continue" to proceed to Billing Information.
Billing Information fields are automatically filled using the address information you provided for your User Information. If your Billing Address is different from your Home or Company Address, please adjust the information accordingly.

The following fields are optional:
Company
Work Phone Number
Credit Card Information: You may be prompted for Credit Card information. The following fields are required for Credit Card use:
Card Number (16 digits)
Card Expiration Date (MM/YYYY format)
Card Type
Security Code / CVV2 Number
VISA, MasterCard, and Discover - The last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number printed in the signature area of the back of the card.
American Express - The 4 digits located on the front of the card above the card number
When the form is complete, click "Register."
Verify your account.
To finalize your registration, you will need the Verification Code that was sent to the email address that you used for registration.
Just enter your email address, your Verification Code, and your password to verify and log into your new account.
How to Solve Registration Problems
During the registration process, you may encounter a problem that prevents you from completing the registration process. The two most common problems are listed below:
Verification email doesn't arrive - This is usually caused by SPAM filtering software that your ISP is using. Check your SPAM folder to see if the verification email is there, if not then contact us at admin@neoloch.com. We will be happy to help you complete the registration process.
Password is too long - If your password is longer than 10 characters then it probably has been truncated to 10 characters. For example: If you register with the password "12345678901" the software will truncate the password to just "1234567890". You can complete the registration process by leaving off the extra characters in your password. If this fails to resolve the problem, please contact us at the email address listed above.
