The "My Account" center provides a central location for many user functions. The main menu, located along the left side, provides access to multiple areas that permit you to access a wide range of features. Bidding (Buying)
Video Tutorials
Watching - Lists the auctions you are currently watching.
Bidding - Lists the auctions you are currently bidding on.
Won - Lists the auctions you have won.
Not Won - Lists the auctions you have not won.

Creating and Modifying Invoices This tutorial covers creating invoices and also modifying invoices to include additional purchases.
Listings (Selling)
Successful - Lists the auctions that have closed successfully with a sale and allows the creation of invoices. You can also mark items as paid, shipped, or unpaid.
Unsuccessful - Lists the auctions that have closed without a sale..
Active - Lists the auctions that are currently active.
Templates - Lists the templates you have.
Scheduled - Lists the auctions that are scheduled to start, but have not yet opened for bidding.
Invoice
Purchases- Lists the invoices for items you have purchased..
Sales- List, Edit, & Send invoices for items you have sold.
Trading
Active Trades - Trades that are active on the site.
Closed Trades - Trades that have closed
Offers Sent - Offers you have sent to other users.
Offers Received - Offers you have received from other users.
Feedback
My Feedback- Your current feedback.
Leave Feedback- Leave feedback on buyers and sellers you have traded with.
Account
Account Details- View and change your account settings and information.
Billing Details - View your billing information, current invoice, and make a payments on your NeoLoch account. Note: You can also carry a positive balance on your account, so you can pay more than is due.
Storefront - Setup and edit your storefront. Note: NeoLoch Stores are free to setup and have no monthly charges.
Public Profile - Setup and edit your personal public page.
My Account: Invoices (Sales)
This area of the My Account section permits sellers to edit and send invoices to buyers. This is also where you create invoices and mark items as paid and shipped (This can also be done under "Items Sold.")
The buttons in each invoice do the following:
View / Print: Clicking on this button will bring up a new window containing a printable version of the invoice.
Edit: Takes you to the invoice editing screen.
Mark as Paid: Marks the invoice as paid.
Mark as Shipped / Not Shipped: Mark the auction as shipped or, if already shipped, mark as not shipped. (Just like the paid button, this button will alternate between shipped and not shipped.
To edit an invoice, use the following steps:
Click on the Edit button of the invoice you wish to edit.
Enter any optional data into the invoice and then click on "Save".
Click on "Email", this will email a copy of the invoice to the buyer and the seller.
Now, click on "Save & Close", this will save the invoice again, and exit this screen.
The button at the bottom of the invoice do the following:
Save: Save the changes you've made to the invoice.
Email: Email the invoice to the buyer (The seller will also receive a copy of the invoice.)
Save & Close: Save the changes you've made to the invoice and exit this screen.
Cancel Exit this screen without saving the changes.
