My name is David Hoffman, and I formed NeoLoch in February of 2008 in response to eBay's sweeping changes that impacted thousands of sellers. I, simply put, wanted a friendly place for sellers and buyers to come together, a place that would keep the best interested of buyers and sellers at heart. That has been NeoLoch's goal from the beginning and we strive to keep that simple philosophy full of life.

We here at NeoLoch take our community seriously and listen to every voice, and though not every change can be implemented, we do give every suggestion due consideration. And, on many occasions, have implemented additional features, or changes requested by our sellers, in a matter of days.
